i thought moments like these should have ended. it didnt.

it feels like so long ago since someone actually started whining on how the environment around me in school is unhealthy. oh why did they have to bother?.what the freaking hell is wrong with being in a commerce class. dammit. so what if we are in the commerce class, does it sound shameful to be in one? or is it a sin. you tell me.

im so antogonized. i wonder how people could only think sub/-science classes are grand and fluttery. what the heck? if only these subject candidates are the only potentials, then why actually create commerce? if they continue thinking commerce classes are for dysfunctional people then why waste your golden moments teaching us. leave the school for everyones sake. we commerce class students are too dumb for you. :)

you have to understand that choosing this stream is not a fault. it isnt an act of slacking. it isnt an act of kescatterbrainness. it is just what we favour to favour and we have rights. goddammit. what did you mean by "commerce students. *sigh rant nag sigh*". it isnt a disgrace, mind you. in fact, not only you have that pathetic thought. you have loads of colleagues who think the same. you are the one whos foul-mouthed. not us.

hahaha. now that im thinking things over again, its sad how i see that you're the one whos ludicrous.

things are not bad afterall.

;O loser.

The Nat Story (147)

Umizaru.

The movie is basically about 14 young men who want to be a part of the Japanese Coast Guard's elite team of slavage and rescue divers. Its a job full of responsibilities and could be fatal. This film charts the young men's brutal 50-day training period run by a super strict diver. In this movie, these men get paired up as "buddies" for each of their tasks underwater. Along the movie, lives are sacrificed and the heart moving togetherness afloats. Do watch it. There are hotties in it, mind you. :D

I really encourage you readers to get on this movie because it really mirrors on how a friendship works. These days i see so many people running around using the word "yi-hei" (Chinese for friendship). I bet that they dont really see the true meaning. So i strongly recommend this movie. I really loved it. Part II's on the way.

Can't wait.

Oh and dog lovers. If you really DO care, and you want to take more notice and keep up with the SPCA. Or if you would really like to adopt a dog for yourself, please do visit this site here. The latest psot in this blog talks about how you can do your part in helping to make the world a better place. You need a home, dogs need them too. I know you can give them the warmest home than anyone else could.

Please do visit.

You wouldnt want to leave puppies like this homeless. Would you?

The Nat Story (146)

i.hate.lizards.

i really really hate lizards. i dont mind them anywhere else in the world but not in my house. oh.my.freaking.god. the way they crawl around is just so annoying. i stared at this monster crawling in my washroom and i was so.freaking.damn.annoyed because there hasnt been a lizard around in my lot before and it must have come from the window. >:( i hope it has gone away by now because ive been ignoring my washroom long enough for it to die. ha. take that.

(okay, not really. just 24 hours until my mom finally got fed-up and pushed me back into my own washroom as i was disturbing her room's.)

oh but anyway. it just sucks to know that a lizard is lingering around your house. not to mention cockroaches. ergh. do you understand how it actually feels to actually suddenly have this super huge cockroach crawling on top of your head in the middle of the night while you are happily watching Friends? Ha? Any idea anot?! Yer.

Anyway, im not really angry now because i spent my whole day (ahem, exaggeration) standing infront of the pot drinking some what-they-call ABC soup. and the best part? is drinking it with the ladle. it adds taste. yes, i finished the whole pot of soup and yum. couldnt imagine how much more delicious it could be. i have a really big appetite you know. believe me. i can finish two Big Macs in half an hour! i always eat the whole pizza and its regular-sized, mind you.

im hopeless. yes tell me ill get fat and ill just look away. i dont care. who doesnt care about food?. whoo! oh and, i also just finished this whole pot of fried rice meant for 3. Yes, who cares. :)

Food rocks!

;D

oh and i hate my English Teacher.

The Nat Story (145)

..and the Japanese Student-Exchange program has ended.

I've been hosting two Jap girls for the past 3 days. Era Aiko & Uemura Saori. Both girls have been really polite and all. Luckily they werent really picky like some of my friend's. If it was so, i would be super dead already. =( We had to wake up before sunrise which was absolutely dreadful, thank you.

All they mainly wanted was shopping shopping and more shopping. They complained that prices were too high, this that this that.We had NO IDEA where in K.L has cheaper stuff than in BB (specifically SG WANG) & ChinaTown. Anyways, we brought them to the famous towers, the famous walks, almost everywhere known. :) My only mistake was that i never got the opportunity to get them two the fruit king ; durian. just the sound of it makes them spring back 1 metre away. hahaha. and i never made them eat the ever-so-cute starfruit.

sigh, sigh, sigh.

and so i have nothing more to blog about the whole exchange thing because there's practically nothing to rant about. I havent taken alot of pictures this year compared to last year. I might have just taken around like 20?.

sigh, sigh, sigh.

anyone heading to Japan this year?.

The Nat Story (144)

I firstly laid my hands on my first phone when i was 12. I still remember how excited I was that i immediately called my cousin to warn her about the good news. It so happened that she, too got her first phone the same day. We were both squealing and laughing on the phone so happily that we thought it would be our lives until today.

I couldnt get my hands off the keypads from Day 1. My life was all about chatting via SMS, forwarding "cute" messages and knowing people. Today, I think back and laugh at the fond memories of myself giggling to my reflection when i hear the phone beep. Really. How much more easier can it be to make me happy. =]

But soon after my mobile-madness, my bills were soaring higher and higher month by month. I made like 5-hour calls to almost everyone i can gossip to. (yes girls gossip. every girl) I sent at least 40 sms an hour. So what does it total up to? Thousands of SMS, Hours of Phone Calls. Teehee so funny. :) Parents changed my sim to prepaid instead of postpaid. RM 30 a month.

I thought i was going to DIE. From some sky-scrapping amount to some meal deal? I couldnt handle things still. I HAD to save money to buy reload cards. Really. It seemed like the worst moment of my life. But as years were to come, I slowly begun to suit myself into the whole RM 30 thing. Last year, for some reason,RM 30 was somehow too much. "How am i supposed to use everything in a month", i thought.

Today, i have grown. Looking at my phone pad makes me feel uneasy. I sigh at the beeps of phone. I sigh at the ringrings i get at home from the oh-mighty-one-and-only Amanda. I sigh at all phone alerts. It is only when I feel so boring or when my "mood" comes that i text someone.

Today, my phone is something I use when Im lost.

Today, my phone is something I use only when i cannot find anything on TV.

Today, my phone is something I can live without. (or not?)

And i shall credit this post to Michael and some people who I really do not reply. Its not that i feel all so grand and fluttery, its just that im really ----

lazy. =(

The Nat Story (142)

Happy Valentines Day, people.

To the unattached, its always good to get some friends and have the night out. Theres always another year and dont hate Valentines. :D Its a day of glam for some girls out there who are deeply in love and a day of ketiadawangness for some guys out there desperate to make their other happy. :D Poor thing.

As for my myself, i shall spend my V-day by lingering at a place called home. :D How fun i know. Initally we had plans for a class-gathering thing to celebrate the glam-day together at T.G.I Fridays but its all cancelled now and I have to stay at home >:( Bah, never mind. I still have some very faithful DVD's to accompany me through the night.

But the sight of smiling faces on the streets are so, mushy. Its a good thing though. So, I can have nothing more to say about the V-day because its just more than words but i have some piece of advice for guys out there.

Never ever, EVER address your girlfriend as "my thing" to your friends.
I really disrespect guys like this. So not sincere, so mean. If you really love your girl, respect her and just address her as she is. Your girlfriend. Not your "thing". It can get SO irritating when guys think hot girlfriends are a 100% sport. Girls, if your guys are like that. He's not worth it. :)

The Nat Story (140)

It is somehow very sad. Very sad indeed, when you actually put too much yourself in something. Especially friendship. No, it isnt wrong to induldge yourself in friends. Its just too wrong to just stick with them 24/7. You'll bever learn to stand up yourself. You have never been alone. Everywhere you go, you need a friend. Thats how insecure u are. Its not a sad thing, my friend. But i somehow feel that its too much.

The washroom, the cafeteria, the mall anywhere. You have never been to those places yourself. You wouldnt know how would it feel to be alone, and im really worrying for you. How are you going to be able to live in the future. The city has shaped us into people who favour to be independant, why did you do to make it miss you? Please, my friend. Learn to stand. Crawling isnt enough.

I somehow envy how close your friendships are. So mushy, so girl-to-girl like. But its someway too much. Things as small as a cut make u cry. I notice you from the back, the side. Smiling in front of you, making you feel like you've just done the best thing a human can do when u actually only finished your homework. I look at you like my sister. How much i really want to reach out and tell you to learn to decide.

Whatever you do, you reach out for a friend. Wherever you go, you text a friend. Being somewhere alone seem like such a shame to you. You feel like a loner. Anyone walking alone look like a loser to you. Nobody wants to be alone but sometimes we really have to just, be alone.

My friend, i have no guts to tell you what i think but if you really come by and felt it is you im talking about. Im happy that you know. Learn to stand up, your friends wouldnt be there for u 24/7. I am frankly annoyed by how selfish you are. Oh but whatever. You're still growing. So am I.

The Nat Story (140)

and im back from Shanghai. :D

so that explains my hiatus and im sorry for the irritation of no updates slapping ure face. i really dislike blogs which are not updated myself. so, ha! :D back to my Shanghai business, i have been there for 9 days and i am officially (or unoficially) getting a current chinese food phobia :( every 2-3 hours there'll be meals. thats what happens when u join tour groups. really. its so tiring to even LOOK at rice now. u feel your whole tummy overturning and having a massive war with 369 bombs. how bad is that? so serve me some western dishes, ill gobble them up :D im up for treats people! I DONT MIND PASTA! <3.>

there was this place we went. i dont know whats the place called but it is where one of the worst massacre happened. :( Placed somewhere in Nanjing, they displayed at least 70 bodies (skeletons) which were tortured back in 1934 by the Japanese. Goodness, the bones were still nailed to each other. No they arent made-displays. For real. How terrible, even infants as yound as 3 months were shot to death. Some lucky ones got to run away back then, and came out writing a testimonial on their cruelty. Pictures showing the head-chop "carnival" was HORRIBLE I TELL YOU. the head halfway hanging for the body. Some inside source took the pictures and sold them to the government for the museum. at least 30 000 victims lost their lives to these cruel army's. they took killing as a sport and there were still SMILES on their face when they were killing the poor Chinese villagers. Women were tied onto chairs, raped time after time. Long swords pressed into their vaginas. Eww, i know. and the question is -- why? Alot more. Theres this book named The Rape Of Nanking. Really want to get it but i heard it has been banned by the Malaysia government. How sad is that and how conservative can they get. Violent, i know but what the heck, these are knowledges. HISTORY.

Goodness. :(

Besides that, undergarments are aired everywhere. abit too public i must say. they spit everywhere. EVERYWHERE okay. even sometimes on your shoes, they dont care. They push u when they think you are blocking the way. You have to spare the WC's to them, its a MUST okay. Even when u are one person ahead. Not to say that they're washrooms are dirty la, but the odour. Enough to make you loose ure appetite. Seriously.

On top of the cons, Shanghai still has its pros. The buildings there are so cute! Especially the Shanghai Tower. Hahaha, the elevator's really quick. They can reach 263 levels within 40 seconds. cant really remember. and there will be this living radio (some lady la) in the elevator greeting the visitors with simple introductions. Hahaha, they have this special tune in their voices. I nearly wanted to burst in laughter but it would be very rude. So, i actually giggled abit and looked away. But ah, the buildings really cute. But i still think our very own Petronas Twin Towers are more impressive. :D Still, the Menara KL tower has to lose to the Shanghai one. Our KL Tower's too dull. Really, im sorry but seriously. ;P

They have the most extraordinary English there. Never fails to raise my eyebrow. Sometimes you dont even get what are they trying to say. :D

Then they have the very impressive lightings along the sidewalk and stuff. Its really so much more colourful than our very own Bukit Bintang i must say. So full of different shades making the whole city so much more wonderful :D Oh and theres this christmas tree disaplying chinese new year decos! Haha so very cute. Not forgetting the very huge Coke. Everything they have there is so unusual, so..free. Sigh.

and then there was this trip to the jewellery factory. an amazing experience im telling you. as usual we were being taken to a room for some simple breifing on jewelleries. haflway through, they found out that we were from Malaysia and were "fakely" surprised with some omigoshes behind. Soon, we were told that they were indirectly working for us as one of their shareholders' is a Malaysian. They then summoned the fella in and the workers all acted as if he was going to gobble their heads up. So, the fella came in and expressed his excitement as this was his first time meeting Malaysians there as he was rarely in the factory. He soon got so super cuckoo in the brain (or was it some business scheme) that he actually brought us up to this room introducing super expensive sets giving us at least 70-80% discount. There was this set costing around 7k which he offered to us for 1.5k only. He even gave each of us some 200 buck crystal, for free. anything below 200 he actually wanted to let us TAKE. But we were all so afraid and surprised with his kebaikan that we ran off asap. :P

Oh and they had soo many Jay merchandise over there!. From chips to clothes. T.T I bought all his food but they actually turned out pretty badOKAY LA. =/

Lol besides that what a small world, we kept bumping into litims aunt who was also on tour there with her family. same flight and all. small small world.I have to much to tell yet so little to say. Shall tell again when i can recall moments.

toodles!
